Wine Advocate – 86 Points
The NV Imperial is a straightforward, tasty Champagne made in a easygoing style, with good length and a clean, refreshing finish. - Robert Parker

Wine Spectator – 87 Points
Just off-dry, showing apple, ginger and honey notes. Rich and soft, filling the finish with a clean, ginger aftertaste. Drink now. Tasted twice, with consistent notes.

Stephen Tanzer – 86 Points
Light yellow. Smoky scents of buttery apple and pear, with suggestions of nutmeg and fresh thyme. Full and thick on the palate, showing ripe apple, buttered bread and a whiff of cherry that lingers through the finish. The weight and richness of this cuvee suggest that it would be better at the table than as an aperitif.
